6. MelbournePubs.com reserves the right to charge for unpaid, returned bankers orders or cheques at the industry standard rate.

Function Venues Directory Policies

1. Descriptive words such as "bar", "cocktail", "lounge" and so forth will not be included in a venue name, unless it is an inseparable part of the venue name.
2. Non-geographic contact details such as telephone numbers, email address and website links will not be included in a listing.
3. A listing will not be added without at least 2 photos.
4. Rooms listed must be available for and advertised as cocktail-style (stand-up). Rooms with sit-down only configurations cannot be listed.
5. Hire fees and minimum spends must be included in a listing.
