Additional information: The minimum spend may vary dependant on the timing and date of the booking. Exclusive use on Thursday to Saturday evenings in late June/early July and late November is based on minimum cocktail numbers of 100 and a minimum spend of $8000 inclusive of venue hire, food and beverages.

Exclusive use on Thursday to Saturday evenings in December is based on minimum cocktail numbers of 120 and a minimum spend of $10000 inclusive of venue hire, food and beverages.

Sit down events on Friday and sit down events on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays in November/December are not entertained.

Length of hire: Standard exclusive hire is 5 hours and finishes by 1am. (8pm until 1am). Extended hire available at $330 hire charge per extra hour plus beverages.

Additional security charge: For all functions: $55.00 per hour for a minimum of 5 hours.
