The private function room, the Carringbush Room, is the perfect venue to commemorate and celebrate. Birthdays, engagements, small weddings, anniversaries, christenings and naming ceremonies, wakes, going away parties or welcome back parties are all popular choices for the Carringbush Room.

We offer a choice of sit-down or stand up finger food menus with a wide range of tastes and ideas and will happily work with you to discuss your preferences that will suit you and your guests.

The room holds up to approx 80 for stand up functions and 44 for sit-down dinners. You are welcome to use our music selection or bring your own. The room is tastefully decorated in traditional warm hues and has a welcoming ambience.

The Carringbush Room is self contained with its own bar and male and female toilet facilities and there is the option of using The Sullivan's Room, as additional space.

The Retreat Hotel has established a fine reputation over many years of a good value, warm and friendly pub.
