Review: Lush Green
This Bar/Lounge is a hidden gem on Glen Ira Road in Ripponlea. Once a cafe, the owners who live conveniently upstairs, have transformed this intimate venue into a very chilled out bar and lounge, with a perfectly lit, cosy and fern-filled courtyard out the back. The decor is 60s Hawaiian, with a mouth watering list cocktails on the blackboard and a good selection international bottled beers. It's the perfect place to meet up with your friends for a pre-curry drink as there just happens to be one of the best Indian restaurants in Melbourne just over the road - very handy.
