Venue type: Bar    Review: Simon Woodhouse
Upstairs three flights of stairs to a room decked out with lawn, garden furniture and a hedge growing along the bar. Without a doubt, any lady to enter will be instantly transported to Pimm's heaven.

A more old-worldy gentlemen's club style room called the Parlour is located towards the rear, past the bar. As to be expected, service at the Parlour is via a personal drinks waiter with plenty of antique style furnishings around the room.

Our tip: The cupcakes.
Always Busy
Getting a seat can indeed be tricky.
Beer Garden
Even though Madame B itself feels like one entire patio setting, a beer garden extends on the roof as well.

A bar with Astro-turf? Indeed, and thats just where the craziness begins....

Kitted out almost like a country club, even the staff are dressed the part, serving cocktails by the jug, an extensive wine list, and even cupcakes are on the menu.

Great rooftop bar decked out with the 'outside' inside. Fake grass inside is a great touch. Staff dress in country club style (think Chevy Chase in Caddyshack) and the rooftop deck will be awesome during summertime. For the brave souls out there during winter, the staff bring out blankets, so you can drink without freezing. It's not a massive venue, but is the most unique bar I've been to this year.

Perfect for that sunny afternoon with the girls, gossip and of course a few (too many??) jugs o' cocktails! Have had several wonderful afternoons/evenings here - straight from work or after an event or simply as my only stop. Both summer and winter it is one of my fav places to go. Great place to sit back, soak up the sun and enjoy all the wonderful taste-bud tingling colourful concoctions on the (pink velvet) list!

Think of going to grans where her friends are all laughing and having fun and eating home made sandwiches...real ones not ones with tofu or lentils but the ones that leave nice memories. This place will definitely bring back memories of your younger days...Very cute and sophisticated place to spend an afternoon with friends. No drunken yobbos here. Definitely worth a visit time and time again.
