The Baden Powell Hotel specialises mostly in dining, with a thin front bar keeping things close-knit for those there for a drink only. The dining area is large and comfortable, and would please those wanting a quality pub meal. A separate pool room is off the bar area, and has a second bar to cater for busier nights.
Given the emphasis on fine fare, we'd recommend coming earlier in the evening to soak up the atmosphere created at dinner time.

The Baden Powell is great for those times when you want to meet friends/family in a relaxed environment. There's friendly staff, perfect temperature beer, good priced drinks and restaurant quality meals. The place is quite large, with 2 outdoor seating areas for the warmer seasons and a open wood fire surrounded by cosy couches for the cooler months.
It is a popular place for before and after footy drinks and also hosts a free function room with a fabulous bar upstairs for such occasions. Overall, the Baden Powell Hotel is a great 'local pub'.
