A rather special little local bar catering to the mature crowd that really does do justice to the word 'local'. A small and simple room in size, there are also a few internet terminals which give it a bizarre technological twist. It's not dim, and it's not really cosy; but it's friendly, and that's what counts.
In what surely must be a Melbourne first, you can enjoy free access to the beer fridge and pay at the end. Plus be fed a sandwich or two whilst you're at it. Now you can't beat that.
Spare a thought towards how few little local cafes like this Melbourne really has. It's really quite unique.
