Orrong Hotel

The Orrong is an older style pub with an art deco style outside and inside; a warm pub spilt into three main areas. There is a TAB section on one side, public bar and a restaurant with an annex that has a pool table. Some nights are more family orientated, especially Sundays. There is a real mix of clientele. The walls of the annex have many old footy stars pictures adorning them. It's very comfortable all round (an excellent pub for a cold day). It also has some of the greatest pub meals I've ever had, the service is prompt and efficient, staff are really pleasant and the food superb. Two choices inside: there is a sit down menu for the resturant area or choose from the bar menu. Very reasonable prices + daily specials - can thoroughly recommend the bar menu for the chicken parma with the chef's special gravy made from scratch! It's run by a husband and wife team who are really pleasant and always glad to see you.
