PA's as it's known by the locals, is very much a student bar - what else would you expect being right next to Melbourne Uni?
Tends to be a bit of a favourite with the Engineers, Surveyors, and of course the I.T. mob (who have their building two doors down).
Best time is of course lunchtimes weekdays and also evenings at the weekends.
A good, friendly pub.
