Review: Michael Edmonds
An upmarket spot with an old-school distressed exterior and plenty of sleek chairs and tables to enjoy a beer at.
The main front section is clean and crisp with lots of high black tables and bar stools, while the fairly large dining area is popular at lunchtimes with the Victoria Parade crowd.
The feel is very white walls plus mahogany seating, and works to give a clean, classy vibe.
Make your way around the back of the bar and some luscious couches and fireplace are revealed. A plasma screen does the sport, surrounded by the regulation framed footy jumpers.
Outdoor Area / Beer Garden
A medium sized courtyard out the back has rendered walls and a cute miniature waterfall that trickles away, which is just right to get the mind off the traffic chaos that is Victoria Parade. A heavy-duty barbie in one corner hints at the occasional Sunday cook-up.
