Finally on the northwestern side of metro Melbourne there is a place with style, class, and smooth decor worthy of the most savvy punter's attention!
Mango is just a stone's throw (approx. 10 minutes by car) from the CBD, but tucked away just enough from the corner of the busy Moonee Ponds junction. The soft mango lit surroundings of the Mango play host to a lovely variety of eardrum caressing music five nights a week. From sixties and seventies rare grooves, to live jazz and electro-jazz, to the occasional dollop of deep-house ... there will come a night when your heart will be soothed by 'this' fruit of love.
Crystal chess pieces will entice you in. Once inside, your taste buds will transmogrify upon first touch of one the many colourful and fruity cocktails, into a spell of momentary ecstasy which can only be broken by the tummy rub of a sub-woofer rhyming with your heart.
Mango has adaptable seating (sliced into squares like a true mango) that goes from here to there, as well as a beautiful big flower pot. All this in a compact and minimalist setting, with hours from 5pm till 1am.
